Help & Hope Center  is located in Castle Rock, CO, and provides assistance to Douglas and Elbert County residents. If you need help, there are many ways we can assist you to build a bridge to better times. The first step is to register below.

First-Time Clients


If you have never been a client of Help & Hope Center, you must complete BOTH STEPS below in order to schedule an appointment.

Returning Clients


If you have previously completed a registration form or met with a Help & Hope Center Client Advocate, schedule your appointment by clicking one of the buttons below.

FOOD ASSISTANCE APPOINTMENT

Please Note: Rent and/or Utility Assistance appointments include the opportunity to shop in the food pantry. There is no need to schedule two appointments.

RENT/UTILITY ASSISTANCE APPOINTMENT

Please be on time. If you are late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.


Client Services Visits

  • When possible, leave children at home or with a friend or family during your visit. Your appointment can last upwards of 2.5 hours, which is a long time to wait quietly in the lobby.
  • Be on time. It will help us serve as many people as possible.


Food Pantry Rules

  • Only one member per household, no children please.
  • Shopping times are limited. Please be mindful of your timeframe so that we may accommodate all shoppers. 
  • If you are uncomfortable shopping or have children with you, our volunteers will be happy to prepare an order for you.
